Send Files

• Supported formats: PDF, Word, Excel, PPT, images, videos, etc.
• Single file size up to several hundred MB
• In chat window, tap the attachment icon to select files
• Supports batch selection of multiple files

File Management

1. View all sent and received files: Chat Info → Shared Files
2. Filter by type: Documents, Images, Videos, Audio
3. Save to device: Long press file and select Save

Cloud Backup

Zalo offers cloud backup: chat history and important files can be backed up to the cloud, so you won't lose data even when switching phones.
